Terms and Conditions
- To comply with current law, all our vehicles are non-smoking
- Alcohol is not allowed on any of our vehicles, unless prior consent has been sought from the Quartz management. If any alcohol is allowed, it must be consumed from plastic cups, and the rubbish disposed of by the Hirer. No alcohol will be allowed under any circumstances to any designated sporting event.
- 50% of carriage charge must be paid at time of booking, and the remainder must be paid at least 7 days before travel. You may pay by cheque or credit card over the telephone.
- Drops offs: All bookings are quoted to include 1 collection, and 1 drop at the end of the evening, unless otherwise requested. It is at the Coach Drivers discretion whether he/she is willing to carry out any extra. Please note, extra charges will be incurred as itemised below.
- A confirmation of travel will be sent to you as the Hirer. It must be checked thoroughly and any ammendments made before the date of travel. Your driver will follow strictly the details written on his copy.
- "Comfort Breaks" will be taken on long journeys, and should be discussed with the driver before departure.
- Please note: "The Hirer" is the person who booked the vehicle and whose details are registered against the booking. It is the responsibility of "The Hirer" to ensure that the conditions of travel are adhered to by His/Her party. "The Hirer" is also responsible for the conduct and actions of members of the party, and is ultimately responsible for any extra costs incurred.
Extra Charges
- Waiting above 10 minutes after your requested time (excluding day trips) £24.00 per hour
- Non pre-arranged drops will be charged at £2.00 per kilometre.
- Vomit: £60.00. Smoking: £100.00. Any vandalism will be charged to the Hirer, and will include the cost of repairs and the time the vehicle has been off the road.
Parking Charges
Most UK airports now charge for coach parking, where possible this will be included in the quotation.
Royal Ascot
We wish to remind you that when booking travel to Royal Ascot, there will be a charge for Coach Parking. As the Hirer, you will be responsible for the parking charge and we would advise that you book this and pay in advance bringing your permit with you on the day.
Food
We have invested heavily in our vehicles, and respectfully ask that if possible, passengers refrain from eating and drinking, (unless it is bottled water), on our vehicles.
Hot food will not be allowed on our vehicles under any circumstances.
We provide a bin at the front of all our vehicles, and ask that you help our drivers, and dispose of your own rubbish.
